EQ

EQ is an exemplary, highly sustainable office development, designed to be Bristol’s first Net Zero in operation building. It boasts several prestigious certifications, including BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, NABERS 5* and WELL enabled to name a few. Sustainability is embedded in its design, featuring all-electric energy-efficient services, 600sqm of roof-mounted solar panels and SMART controls. The building’s environmental impact is also minimized through the careful selection of sustainable materials, sustainable transport solutions, and enhanced biodiversity, making EQ a model of sustainable development.

The Forum

The Forum is a £107-million regeneration project transforming a brownfield site in Gloucester city centre into a sustainable, mixed-use development. It features Grade A offices, a four-star hotel, and innovative public spaces, creating a vibrant digital quarter to host 1,500 jobs. With a BREEAM Excellent rating, net-zero carbon in operation, and home to one of the region’s largest living walls, the Forum is contributing significantly to Gloucester’s regeneration and business landscape.

voco Zeal Hotel

The voco Zeal Exeter Science Park Hotel stands as a ground-breaking prototype, designed for scalability and adaptability. This net zero carbon hotel creates more energy than it uses per annum. It achieved BREEAM Outstanding and surpasses the 2050 CRREM Energy Use target. It uses less energy, is more profitable and symbolises dedication to sustainable development and responsible tourism. The hotel serves as a prototype for sustainability in the hospitality community and has created a sustainable, industry-leading benchmark for new build.
Paternoster House

Paternoster House is a landmark redevelopment that blends historic restoration with modern, sustainable living. Overcoming major structural challenges, including complex temporary works and limited city-centre access, the project preserved key heritage features while incorporating a solar energy system, a gas-free design, and 100% renewable energy contracts. Unique sustainability highlights include upcycled materials repurposed into furniture and a commitment to using local trades. This approach sets a new standard for urban regeneration, craftsmanship, and environmentally conscious development.

The Broadland Gardens development of ten new family homes that are quintessentially characteristic of Plymouth provides a high quality living environment. They are contemporary in design with a focus upon the quality of the living environment and an ability to adapt over time to changing requirements of their owners.
