The Michelmores Property Awards is the South West’s premier property competition, showcasing and celebrating the very best of the region’s projects, buildings and businesses. With nine categories, the Awards recognise both commercial and residential projects of all shapes and sizes, with shortlisted and winning projects placed in the industry’s spotlight.

The winners of each category will be announced at the Awards Dinner at Sandy Park Conference Centre in Exeter. The ceremony is attended by property professionals from across the region, and is one of the most popular events in the sector’s calendar.

11.00pm Ceremony ends. The bar will be open until 12.30am

The Michelmores Property Awards showcase the very best real estate and construction projects in the region. These projects include the most exciting, prestigious, innovative, and impactful schemes which will benefit our communities for many years to come. Alongside this, the Awards have an important role in raising the profile of the sector, and awareness of the skills and expertise of those working in it.
