Celebrating the best of property development and construction in the West of England and South West
The Michelmores Property Awards remain one of the most recognised celebrations of excellence across the West of England and the South West. The Awards proudly showcase the region’s thriving Real Estate sector and the talented individuals and projects which drive innovation, sustainability and community impact.
The Awards, which have long-championed sustainability and innovation, place social, environmental, sustainable and economic values at the heart of its judging criteria. These attributes are considered to be just as important as a project’s aesthetics and purpose.
The competition recognises a wide range of commercial and residential projects, with shortlisted and winning schemes placed firmly in the industry’s spotlight. Submissions are confined to projects, buildings and developments which can be identified as being based in the West of England and South West, including Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Wiltshire.
